my roomate and i bought three of them and not a single one worked, they all got stuck because of the ice and they all looked like they were cracked,.... i wanted a slushee and was pissed. Do not buy this product.

I was very disappointed in this product, I brought this home tonight and it didn't work, motor ran but wouldn't turn the bars to make a slushee, the gears just kept slipping. I would expect for the price this should at least work.
