The matrix switch I ordered was defective. It was easy to return for another switch. The extra time involved was a pain but the customer support person took care of everything for me.

I had a confirmed shipping address in an email sent by PriceGuideNetwork, but they sent it to the wrong address. Representatives in customer service never returned emails, and on the phone they refused to engage my complaint, and would not transfer me to a supervisor. Honestly, the worst company I have ever done business with over the internet. I shopped there to save some money as compared to NewEgg, but it was a miserable mistake that really came back to bite me. (more)
