One of the pairs of expensive name-brand jeans ordered had a snap that came apart during the 3rd washing, rendering the pair unwearable. Since I had earlier had problems with some electrical items purchased, I am now wondering about their quality control. However, all other orders have been fine. (more)

Penny's is a reliable merchant. I have bought things from them for over fifty years and I don't think I ever made an exchange or had a complaint about the products or service.

Pleased with overall experience. The only concern I had was with the shipping cost. I am really interested in no cost shipping.

s&h charges are too high!!! i think it affects the amount of business they conduct online. They should consider having 3 ranges of minimum charges for clothing type orders - $75 and under $x.xx; $76-125 $x.xx etc.....

The product was good and I liked it. THe ordering on line was easy. Delivery was prompt. Overall the service was very good. I will probably buy apparel from Penney's again.

When ever i buy clothes it is JC penny. There selection is great with the acception of higher prices but it is worth it. i love their clothes and wear them all the time.

I turn to JCPenny's for (men's) sweatshirts, underwear, and homsehold products, i.e., towels, sheets, bath rugs. I am almost always pleased with the product and with the service.

JC Penny's offers a wide varity of products and the quality is dependible. If there is a problem, I can call and get it taken care of. And returns are easy as there is a store nearby.

Everything was easy, no problems at all. Delevery was on time and complete. Pick-up was easy. Clerk was very helpful and nice.

The variety of apparel in multiple sizes makes it a valuable shopping site. Good variety and quality of beddding at reasonable prices.
