I expected the product to arrive on Saturday, but UPS did not deliver until the following Monday. Maybe, UPS does not make Saturday deliveries. But, Fedex does.

Very knowledgeable sales rep during pre-purchase on-line chat. Very responsive customer service when an item was missing from shipment. Quickly determined item was shipped from a different location and arrived very quickly.

123Ponds was notified by phone of impeller that failed after two days of use. 123 had me call the manufacturer instead of handling my claim on their own. A dealer is supposed to handle warranty claims but said the impeller might not be warranted when it was warranted for one year. The manufacturer handled the claim directly and was very cooperative.
