I did not receive an email confirmation of my order. The order was delivered and I am satisfied, but was concerned as to whether it actually was received without the confirmation.

I think that if this order is going to be late there should be a phone number that who ever can contact the person to let them know that their order is going to be late.

The flat rate shipping is very high for small purchases. I can't afford to buy these items in larger quantities, and paying that much for such a small package seems unfair.+

I will be returning one of the two products purchased. I purchased 2 of the same items. After using one of the items; I realized that it was the wrong color choice. I will therefore return the product.

One of six units ordered leaked in transit - even as the box had not been damaged. No doubt fault of manufacturer. Wrote yesterday (Saturday) and am awaiting response. I count that faulty product packaging was not HealthTree's fault.

my order wasn't comp; invoice show comp; also there's no c/b-cust svc# on the invoice; i was suppose to rec my comp order yesterday & i've not; i'm not very satisfied with chasing after my order after i have paid for it in full
