At 30-90 days with zippers, arm straps & clips, breaking, a street vendors 2 year $20 backpack exceeded known brand replacements. I compared online with zoom & made visual decision matching the product, so I want to owe backpack success to "LuggageGuru!"

I am somewhat disapointed on the length of time it has taken for me to recieve my briefcase. I placed an order at another company on the same day and received it 3X faster even though they were further than your company.

The only disappointment I had with my order was the color I wanted was unavailable after it was ordered. This was a problem with the supplier, not LuggageGuru. Overall, extremely satisfied with the shipping, customer service and quality of product.

The only problem I had was they charged me for the expedited delivery and I used the sandard shipping. I am currently waiting for the $10.05 refund.
