Only reason I could not reply sooner is that we were out of town the day it arrived. My parents live next door and confirmed its arrival. I was so excited, I stayed up late putting it together - easily - as you promised!

I'm very happy or should I say, my cat is very happy with her new cat condo. It was so easy to put together and the faux fur is nice and soft. The only thing I wish it had is padding in the beds and ledges. Other than that, I think your product is Superb~! Thank You! (more)

Love it but a couple of things: the material over the wood had a couple of black marks on them. the rope and some other pieces had exposed glue that is sticky and i hope is not harmful to my cat. the little cat toys were cheap looking and not what i expected but my cat loves them anyway. The ONLYthing I didn't like was the smell of the glue in this product, but it didn't seem to bother the cats any.
