It is disappointing that your shipping charges are hugely inflated for US addresses outside of the continental US, even though the items are small and well under a pound in weight.

I liked the zune case that i purchased but wasn't sure if the case would have cover to protect the screen. I couldn't tell from the description. If I would have know it didn't i would have order one two. But I was pleased with the item in general and thought you had competitive prices (more)

I ordered a $6.99 item that was defective and was told that I would have to get an RMA and ship it back. this costs as much as the defective item. I will not do business with you again and certaily will not recommend you
