Customer Service was excellent. Shipping tracking was lacking from FedEx, and was two days behind on location updates. However, experience with JoyJewelers was excellent.

I have yet to receive my full order. Also, It was not highlighted that engraving takes up to 10 days. I purchased 2day shipping with expectation of getting the complete order in 2-3 days. This was a medical alert necklace needed ASAP for a child.

Joy jewelrs was wonderful when I contacted them to exchange the size 15 ring because my fiancee had lost weight since he was last sized. The ease of getting his ring exchanged, the customer service, everyone has been wonderful!

I need to know if another bracelet chain can be ordered and use the same tag I have. It is too small for my wrist.Thanks I really do like it, it's just not the right size to be comfortable on my wrist.

The ring is great! Exactly as I ordered. Not a cheap hollow piece but a good solid ring with a very nice stone. I like it very much and the fit is perfect.

When I received the product I was very unhappy with it. It does not look anything like the picture at all. It is not worth the money that I spent on it now that I have seen it in person.
