Great products

They were back ordered on 2 items, but I had a deliver date that needed to be met. They called and this enabled us to work out a very satisfactory solution.

I have used this company in the past and they have an excellent selection. One time a bottle was broken during shipping and they replaced it at once with no hassle. Great company!

Ordered on 1.5 pound item and noticed that shipping charges were 30% more than comparable merchants at similar distances. (So much for the lower product prices). I discontinued the order advising this because of high shipping charges. Received an apology with a $5.00 discount coupon. Reordered and shockingly, the final shipping increased in mid-order at the final checkout. High shipping..sneaky add-on charges. Not for us. Don't like looking over my shoulder for irregularities when making an order. (more)

I was glad to find someone who carried our favorite coffee syrups, but VERY unhappy with customer service. My order was backordered, but no one told me how long I should expect to wait. The first time I contacted them I was told my order would be shipped within the week, it was not. The second time I contacted them I was told the same thing. When I finally received a package from them it only had 2 of the 4 items ordered. I am very disappointed. They were quick to receive payment, and I've been waiting over a month for my full order. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!! PLACED ORDER MAY 30TH 2008 AND STILL DON'T HAVE ORDER. UPS SHOWS THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED AND HAS BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER. STILL DON'T HAVE A REFUND AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER MY EMAILS. I WISH I HAD READ THIS BEFORE HAND!!!!! (more)
