The Midi Store experience was good -but UPS delivery was bad! Package misdirected / double charging for customs clearance, etc.

I am very content with the Midi-Store's quick delivery and high quality of the purchased instrument (Minimoog). Also the "charge" of 0$ for oversea delivery (Switzerland) is unique and outstanding. One negative point concerns the computer security during the generation of a new account: The confirmation e-mail is sent with the plain text of the username AND the corresponding password. Probably that's US-specific but in some day users may run into a problem. (more)

the keyboard was broken out of the box. your staff recomended i call m-audio to see if i could repair it myself. m-audio if proceding to exchange the item with a new one.

I think the order tracking link did not work from the order status page - but I went onto the USPS site and copy and pasted the code in and it worked ok. Thanks again for the excellent service.

I submitted my order and was sent an email right away letting me know that the item was out of stock but that they would check the following business day to see if more were available. As it turns out, there were more available. I live in AK so the mail takes a little longer to get here. (more)
