I WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT MY ORDER COULD NOT BE FILLED. IT WAS A BIG DECISION TO EVEN TRY THIS TYPE OF TRANSACTION AND THEN THE FAILURE OF IT WAS FRUSTRATING.

I am still waiting for the local to call me to tell me I can pick my order up. I have called customer support, and received no call back to tell me when my product will be ready for pick up.

After ordering samples I purchased 80 boxes of the strand woven carbonized bamboo from the lumber liquidators lable called Morning Star. 32 boxes came to me a light color and 48 boxes were dark (like the sample). All 80 were returned for 80 more that matched. This was not just an exceptable wood variance. Brent Severson 678-482-4282 (more)

Bought Supreme Bamboo because of low cost and impressive warranty. QUALITY is LOUSY! Tried to get Lum. Liq. to back warranty. After 3 months of unanswered queries they offer me nothing and will not warranty the product as stated. This is the only negative review I have ever written about a company. They should be avoided. I ordered two cork flooring samples, and received two of the exact same color rather than the two I chose. I contacted Customer Support, and the rep was helpful, but I still have yet to receive the other sample, and it's been over a week, and i haven't received any email or shipping confirmations either, so at this point i'm still waiting.
