great quality at a fraction of the cost. the compatible cartridges work just as well as the namebrand cartridges.

The inside package for one cartridge was opened - damaged - due to improper packaging. I sent an e-mail to 7inkjet advising them of this fact and advised them that the product was not damaged. I also asked them to contact their shipping department and quality control department so that they would be aware that someone did not properly package my items. The reply I sent ignored what I suggested and inferred that I did something wrong. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE. (more)

packaging was marginal. ink cartridge package was damaged yet cartridge appears OK thus far

Very timely delivery, great that 7inkjet included envelope/bag with postage and printed address for recycling cartridge (instead of tossing)
