The product arrived in good order, but within the first week of use, the snap has come off of the chin strap and the red/orange pull tab on the left two strap ring as frayed and come apart.

received helmets in a timely manner and they arrived in like new condition. No major scratches or blemishes were noted on the products.

helpful before and during purchase. UPS issues should not reflect on seller. Shipment delayed, ordered on June 13 didn't receive till 23rd. Helmet runs on the bigger side. Helmet I lost HJC, was XL fit perfect, this one is a bit larger not so tight a fit....however other helmet was not modular... not sure it that makes a difference, however the piece in front of the mouth is almost right on my lips... less room. (more)

The service was great, unfortunatly one of the items I ordered wasn't in stock and was on back order, so i had to wait a little longer, but I was kept informed on what was happining all the time. Great thanks to HelmetTown!!!!

The Bell helmet I purchased was shipped very promptly and I was given a tracking number to follow it's journey to my house. I am pleased with it....as with any Bell helmet I have owned.
