compared price with 14 other vendors and N101 had the best price. they shipped in "green" biodegradable packaging which i like, and offered additional coupons

My favorites list was gone. Now I find part of the old favorites only. The items on this latest order have not shown up on the list. I place a new order every 3 months. I get mostly the same items all the time. The complete favorites list of my items is a MAJOR reason to remain an N101 customer. The fine service of the Customer Service agent who has been helping me is annother MAJOR reason. (more)
