I am glad that the generic inks are back. Didn't want to leave Carrot ink. Also like the recycling program.

So far I am very satisfied with the expeditious order ease and processing. My recommendation to my peers will be based on the overall performance of the product compared to new (not re-manufactured) before deciding the value of your offerings. Your website is simple, delivery was quick and so the basis for our return consumer-ism will be based soley on the product at this point. Great Job!!! to date! (more)

Would have liked to have ability to purchase high capacity color ink in the brand I bought. Otherwise, everything was fine.
