Nordstrom has always been in my life, As a child My mother would buy all of my clothing there. I have always been given great service in the store and the same can be said with shopping online with this company. Everything is effortless, you just get to enjoy shopping. (more)

I purchase from Nordstrom online because I love their stores. There aren't any near me, so I have to go online. The shopping experience with Nordstrom is unsurpassed IN PERSON. It's just barely ok online.

This is a first class store with first class customer service. Everything I buy from here always looks exactly as it appears on the website. The quality is terrific and the variety is, too.

Nordstrom is one of my favorite stores to shop, especially when they have their half-yearly and anniversary sale. I purchased over 10 pairs of shoes which were very reasonable.

I called the actual store trying to locate a dress I had to wear for a wedding that was two days away. They were super helpful, found me the dress in their online store, ordered it for me, talked to me about the shipping cost, and generally made sure I was happy and knew what was going on. I didn't have to stress. And the dress got there early. I had no problem returning the dress I didn't need either! Great customer service!! (more)

Your initial screen doesn't state that the ratings are for online purchases only. I have shopped at Nortstrom stores for apparel and shoes for 20 years. I am completely satisfied with everything purchased this year.

I have always been extremely pleased with Nordstrom stores and have been equally pleased with Nordstrom online. I was in the market for a pair of shoes and could not get the store, a store associate directed me to Nordstrom online and talked me through to look at several different pairs of shoes. She had the actual shoes in her hands and answered all of my questions about each pair as I looked at them online. Once I had made my selection, I went ahead and purchased it online. I am extremely pleased with Nordstorm and their outstanding customer service both in person and online! (more)

I adore shopping on the Nordstrom website. It's so easy. The website is a pleasure to navigate. The quality of the merchandise is outstanding. They make returning items extremely simple and if I don't want to return by mail, I can just bring it into the store. I do wish I could find in the store, the items I find online. Even if that meant having computers set up in various departments so that you could bring up an item that you have seen online, and be able to ask a sales associate about it. (more)
