Everything was wonderful can't say any thing bad about the site got what I needed what I wanted

I like that fact that i can go on best buy.com and take advantage of online specials, but then go pick up at the store, so that I can avoid shipping charges. The pick up time is generous, and I liked that I could use my best buy rewards certificates also. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase. (more)

The web site was easy to navigate through. It contained a good selection of products for anything that had to do with electronics. I often go to the web site to check prices between stores before I buy. When buying the product, there were clear descriptions of the product. There was one thing I did not like: it pretained to their shipping policy. The shipping policy is: you were charged a shipping fee for each item you purchased even if all the items fit in one box. When I recommend the site I tell friends and family that you can order from the site with pickup at the store. That way you don't have to pay for the shipping fees. (more)

Ordered a camera and it was available for pick-up at the store within 24 hours. I ordered a washer and dryer and it was more complicated to arrange delivery. They wanted to sell me the installation service. When delivered, they left the appliances outside the room it was to go in, saying it didn't fit thru the door. (It fit with about a 1/2 inch to spare. I am a frequent shopper at the BestBuy store in my area, so I was very excited about visiting the website. I shopped for my product and I found a great deal on some computer software. I was very impressed that next to items that were on back order, was a note informing customers of the delay. That was very helpful in determining whether or not to order the product due to wait time. The layout of the site was eye catching and I found no problems finding what I was looking for. Very easy to navigate. I was disappointed when it came time to checkout. I was looking for shipping charges and could not access that information until the end of checkout. I actually enjoy shopping online most because I can find a wide variety of shows that I am looking for. It is a good site.

I had bought a Hitachi 52 inch High Definition TV and the price was excellent and there were no shipping charges. I would highly recommend people to this site.

I shopped on-line at best buy for a game for a gift. It was easy to access, but they were out of stock for what I wanted and had to go to the store to get it. They would have provided a raincheck, but I opted out, as I went to the store instead.
