Game accessories were ordered online for in-store pick-up. The process was simple, but the necessity to wait a considerable time for a confirmation email that the order was ready delayed a process that could have been quicker. BB's main competitor has a smoother and faster process for in-store pick-up. Good overall, but could be better. (more)

I was looking for a mini USB cable and an AC cord for my GPS. While I was on the site I located a couple of CDs I had been interested in. I was disappointed to find they would only ship UPS...rather than tolerate the extremely poor customer service provided by UPS in my area, I cancelled my online order...checked in store availability and went to the store to make my purchase. They didn't have the item I was looking for even though it was in their flyer. To order the item would take up to two weeks and I needed it before I could be sure it would arrive. There was no alternative item listed as being in stock or arriving soon. I have bought from this store when I have walked in and been very happy so I will probably continue to attempt to shop here. I HAD NO PROBLEM FINDING WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR ON THIS SITE. THE SITE WAS EASY TO USE AND NAVIGATE AROUND. I DID NOT NEED CUSTOMER SUPPORT, SINCE I HAD NO PROBLEMS. ONCE AGAIN, I DO NOT LIKE THE SHIPPING CHARGES.
