Good service thanks

The bass drum pedal is extremely poor quality, but I did only purchase a $279.00 drum set so I guess I got what I payed for.

Efficient ordering and tracking system.

This shopping experience has been one of the quickest transactions I've made over the Internet. It was priced right and delivered extremely quick. I couldn't asked for more.

Customer Service should be able to confirm that a refurbished or warehouse repack item has been purchased. Also, the method of payment should be able to be changed to a 4 mos same as cash from a credit card.

I've always be a little apprehensive ordering from zZounds since I was more familiar with Musician's Friend and Sam Ash. However, I wanted Behringer Truth studio monitors, and zZounds had the cheapest price. I was surprised (I'm tempted to say "shocked")on how quickly my order was processed and how quickly I received it. Was this an aberration? Muscian's Friend and Sam Ash take forever just to ship something. I am so glad I went with zZounds and will definitey tell my other musician buddies. zZounds will definitely be my exclusive online music store. (more)

I ordered several items, everything was delivered on time. the only problem I had was one of the items purchased and ordered was not in the best of conditions which was the gemini speaker (dented on the corners and shipped in a carton not in the best of condition) which explains the reason the item was semi damaged.
