Order placed on 6/25/08 I recieved two delivery response requests by e-mail (6/30 and 7/5) but product was not shipped until 7/8/08. I sent an e-mail to customer service with regard to my order on 7/10 but received no response. Prices are good so if the ink performs well in my printer, I may try ordering from them again. Hopefully delivery time will improve. (more)
