This site is a scam. When I ordered a GPS the site was just "Techon.com". I placed an order and they called pressuring me to buy a SD memory card for $100. When I refused they abruptly hung up. Two days later, I received an e-mail stating they were out of stock and would notify me when a shipment came in. A few months go by and PayPal alerted me that a third party was trying to access my bank account, change my password, and attempting to exchange the currency rate to British pounds. This happened to a person I talked to who ordered from Techon. These people are crooks. Never shop here. Go elsewhere. These people keep changing their name. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! (more)

The online menu was perfect. There was no problem in making my choice. The product was delivered in an incredibly short period of time. I would definitely use them again.

A new Canon PIXMA ip4500 inkjet photo printer was shipped in a timely manner. The price was excellent, however, the printer was defective. The power would not turn on. TechOnWeb offered to send another printer, however, we would be responsible for return shipping of the defective product. I feel the company should have paid the return shipping costs since the printer was defective. (more)

FABULOUS service!! Delivery is always on time or even a day earlier than expected... thus enabling us to produce our product timely.

They claimed to have the item in stock when they did not. They charged my credit card long before shipping the product, which still hasnt shipped two weeks later. Charging my credit card, not knowing what they have in inventory, and not contacting me with the order status or tracking numbers are just poor business practices. I believe they didnt stock the item, and sold it to me making false claims. My order totaled $2700 - you'd think they would make some effort. (more)

There was a problem with the unit I bought, but it was a manufacturing problem and Belkin themselves are handling the replacement. This is no way affects my opinion of Techonweb. Shipping was incredibly fast arriving on Tuesday when I ordered it the Sunday before, and that will free shipping! (more)
