Best DVD Site on net

I received my DVDs, the movie was in perfect condition but the boxed set I received had one disc that had come loose during shipment and gotten scratched because of it. The disk however was still fully playable so I saw no reason to return it. On one hand I'm disappointed that it got loose and scratched during transit on the other I've come to expect it as very frequently when I place online orders this tends to happen despite the courier selected when items are delivered to my apartment. The hassle and often charges associated with returning for an exchange are simply too much for me to bother with unless the disc itself is unplayable or unrepairable with my scratch repair kit. my cat's eye dvd was loose in the box and had scratches

I liked the disponibility of the DVDs I was after, and the precise information about each of one of them I could find in the site.

I ordered my dvds on the 2nd of July. It stated that I ordered on the 4th which is incorrect. I do not have a computer at home to order, I was at work on the 2nd then off the 3rd and 4th, so I used work's computer.

I think the service DVD Empire offers is great. I would like that you increase the range of classical opera DVDS as for labels is concerned. Usually you have better prices eitherfor item cost or shipping charges, however, many times I have to purchase from amazon or CD Universe because its range of classical DVDS is more extensive, but their are expensive in both matters. Would like to see an even further expanded line of DVD titles available as I have bee trying to track some down for my collection, and they are not supplied by the manufactureres. I have VHS and I know they will not play much longer. Thanks for the survey. (more)

Prompt and courteous, an excellent shopping experience overall

One minor problem, I ordered the movie FX and the cover was the movie FX , but the actual DVD was the movie FX2. It is not a big issue as I watched FX2 and want to keep it. I will order the correct movie next time.
