SEARS PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES GET TO HIGH ON SOME ITEMS AND I WILL LOOK FOR A BETTER PRICE.

I LOVE SHOPPING SEARS AND ALWAYS WILL. THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS THE BEST EVER. THEY FOLLOW THROUGH WITH PHONE CALL FOR A DELIVERY TIME. WHATEVER THEY TOLD US IS JUST WHAT HAPPENED- NO CONFUSION.

Iwas buying a replacement chain saw chain and a bar, for my husband as long as i had the molde no and serial no was no problam took me right their. Was done in a half hour parts were here in 3 days. Was great keep up the good work.

When I was looking for humidifier filters for my one year old humidifier, I could not get any at the store. Only way to purchase was to order it, and I refuse to be bullied into paying extra shipping charges for items that should be kept in stock for more than current year models of appliances. This was the last time I will ever shop at SEARS for anything. Not only were the personnel that assisted me rude, they were also of the opinion that a woman does not know what she needs. I am glad that this store is not in my local area, or I would be ashamed to be seen near the store. Sears is available for event tickets through ticketmaster and I find this additional feature one of the best ideas any credit card provider has come up with.

Sears is is consistent with their good customer services and on time delivey. They have updated the look of their stores and website over the last couple of years. I have even purchased some of their clothes for work (skirts).

i ordered it online, then i picked my shoes up at the store here in town.

I like the quality of Sears' shoes and I know that I will have good customer service if necessary
