- order via Internet was cancelled for no obvious reason - I had to order again by phone which took a long time - availability of the merchandise very limited - you should have sent the order completely in one package not in several, because shipping to Germany means extra payment of custom charges for every package !!! The hat arrived in a timely manner and my brother really likes it, but it is too big. It is "one size fits most" and I guess my bro is not in the "most" category. He would like to be able to wear his hat, but he needs to get one that fits. What are his optionrs (more)

I didn't like the difference in the selection of items available between Canada and the US, there were far more options for the US cutomers !!
