i wrote immediately after I placed the order and asked for a certain color though I knew there was no guantee. I was disapointed because I was told the items were already pulled and all I could do was refuse the order but it was left on my door step.

The 5D II is not scheduled for shipment by Canon until 11/7/08, but I have not been advised how accurate this date might be, or if I will be one of the first to receive this unit.

The only catch to my order was that I used PayPal and had the cash in the bank to cover the cost of the lens, BUT come to find out the cost was put on my credit card and not instant electronic payment. I wished I knew this prior to purchaseing item.
