I wish you still had automatic free overnight shipping like you used to. That was what kept me coming back and make me recommend zappos to people. I also think its a big letdown that you now only give free returns if you do a store credit. That goes against everything you had stood for. (this last purchase was a store credit) Once my store credit is used up Im not using zappos anymore. (more)

I have a lots of shoes available in my size which there are NONE in any store. I can search size & width and see what is our there. The comments about "true to width" etc are very helpful. So easy to order and return.

I am amazed at your fast delivery service and your ready willingness to accept a product back that did not fit and made it so convenient with the print out label, etc.
