It would be nice to know why they cancel orders. I would have been waiting for my item on the delivery date promised and would not have known they cancelled it. I just happend to track my order to see if maybe I'd get it early and found out I wouldn't be getting it at all. I could have ordered it from somewhere else had I known. (more)

Tried calling with no contact made. The same with e-mail - no response. How can you resolve this so that we get what we ordered ASAP? It was a birthday gift and we now missed the birthday. The original ship date was 8-8 and here we are a week after promised ship date with no shipping information nor contact. HELP! (more)

I think that they have really nice stuff and i will order more from there the only problem i have had is it has almost been a month since i ordered and i still dont have my order. When i called the only thing i was told is that they havent heard anything on when it would be in. I really dont mind because i have looked all over and i totally fell in love with the set i ordered. I know there was a nautral disaster in their area but I still have had no response from them and I would just like to cancelle all of my orders but I have no idea what is going on.

It is a month since I placed my order and I still have not received my items. The estimated delivery date was July 8, and it is now July 29. I sent an email weeks ago, which I never received a response to. I called multiple times and finally got a person. That person explained that they had been effected by the flood and had been relocated. My order was placed after the flood, so they were fully aware of their capabilities and still took my online order. He could not find the status of my order and said I should get an email within 48 hours. That never happened. I want the items I purchased and hope to get a response very soon. (more)

This is the WORST online shopping experience ever! I placed a furniture order on HomeVisions.com over two weeks ago and I still have not heard from them and there's NO expected delivery date. I called customer service and they gave me excuses and said someone will get back to me in two days! I tried calling customer service again and got an automated response: "Due to an emergency, we are unable to answer your call at this time." OUTRAGEOUS!!! HORRIBLE!!! (more)

Unfortunately I ordered from Homevisions without looking to see where they were located. They were in the midst of terrible flooding which occured prior to my order. I did receive one part of my order in a timely fashion - the sheets, and they look very nice. The more important part, however, the comforter still has not arrived and the part that I am unhappy about is that I can't seem to get an answer as to when or if it(willbe)was shipped. They said they would contact me to keep me posted - but all I have received was this survey.
