I lost valuable time because I forced to look elsewhere for the EVGA 7150/630i, which has failed. Last night I found it back on T.D.'s web site. Havent had time to assemble yet.

I bought a Garmin Streetpilot 330. Even though they showed the picture of a new version they sent me a old stinking version. Very disappointed

I had ordered a barbone kit. Everything came in except for the motherboard which was stated on backorder. It ended taking awhile so i contacted tigerdirect by email and was informed that they no longer carry the mobo. How could you sell a kit, when its not even complete? So i had to pick another mobo which would be compatible to all the parts i received. I paid more for the board and had to pay shipping again which was more expensive. (more)

Just after placing the order, I realized the checking account listed had been closed and another one opened. The card I used, was for the new checking account. I called customer service to let them know and they told me they has already taken care of it(no detail). Then I find out several days later that the charge was placed on my Discover Card. I was not contacted about the problem. I now have updated the information in my account. Will not let this one incident stop me from using TigerDirect again. Thanks (more)
