Some times it gets complicated to order online, then I have to call your 800 number. the staff is very curtious and knowledge. I don't know if its me or the computer.

I sent this order as a gift, was notified via email that it was delivered- I do believe I already filled out a questionnaire

I selected a floral arrangement based on the container shown on the internet. I received a phone call during the day and I was not at home to receive it. The message left stated that the florist did not have the container and would I call back to make a new selection. As soon as I returned, I did so, and was informed that the arrangement had been sent in another container. I was not pleased. The customer service rep. offered me a 20% discount on my next order. Your initial inquiry asked if I had received my order. Obviously it was a gift and the only way to know it was delivered was to call the recipient. (more)

My mother was very pleased with flowers and several of her friends commented on how great both orders were, especially the flowers shaped like a cake.

The flowers ordered were nothing like the flowers that came to the funeral home.So much for their" satisfaction guaranteed " statement.It's a bugger paying for something you are not satisfied with but how do you return flowers that were for a funeral.

1. Next tine I want to know the name and address of the florist who prepared a nd delivered the flowers. 2. Next time I want to receive confirmation on the same day as the delivery.

Please revise your same day policy. My gift arrived 30minutes before 5 p.m. anf I thought it would be delivered earlier. The tracking number was too vague that I had to call and ask about my gift to make sure they would deliver it on time.

What a great convenience -- shopping on-line for flowers and gifts.

The arrangement I purchased online in no way matched the arrangement that was delivered. Thank you 1-800-flowers for making my anniversary a memorable one!!! Sincerely an EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
