Great store. Large selection, easy to find products and free samples with every order!

This was my first time to shop at Sephora--I found them to be quite expensive and no free shipping unless you bought more than twice the amount I wished to spend at this time--not real happy with them--have yet to receive my item and they are not letting me know anything about shipping. (more)

I tried Sephora.com for the first time a few weeks ago - linked through JC Penny.com. I decided to try their get started palette and brow palette. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cosmetics I got for $30.00. I love their hugh selection of beauty products which includes their own brand and other signature brands. The only issue I have is being African American with a light complexion their foundation was either too light or too dark. I need in between. Also, their tools are way expensive. I love that sephora adds free stuff when they ship. sometimes they will add to your order a full size product for free if you buy the the product that qualifys

Great site overall. I would and have recommended it to friends and relatives. The tracking information was not what I expected, but the ease of return and quality of the site is higher than the norm.

The web site was easy to find what I was lookin for and the pictures of the items helped. I would recommend this web site to my friends.

The web site is very crowded, making it difficult to find the specific products. Also when using the search box, you must name the product exactly as Sephora does or the search comes up negative, even when the product is available. Not everyone remembers the specific name of the products they use, so this requirement made the site difficult for me to navigate. (more)
