I had some trouble checking out with the paypal option. So, I proceeded with normal check out, and had no problems. The item was received way before the original shipping quote. Very happy about that.

The delivery of the TV was excellent via Mann trucking. However, the service from Fed-ex ground was awful. I would prefer never to receive a shipment from them again, Their customer service was not helpful and gave incorrect information that cause me a lot of travel,time and aggravation. (more)

I have had great experiences ordering cameras from Beach. The products are always top-of-the-line and the service is great! My cameras got here so quickly, even with the free shipping option. I recommend Beach Camera all the time.

Wrong item shipped. Customer service got the correct item overnighted to me with no issue. Very satisfied with CS response. However, not happy with having to pay for shipping to return the wrong item. Would expect Beach to reimburse the return shipping cost. (more)

I purchased a 46" LCD TV. The price was by far the best anywhere. The TV arrived in a timely manner and in perfect condition. This is the second purchase I have made from Beach Camera, and I would do so again. I am very happy with both products.

I ordered a 512mb card for my camera. Someone, probably with good intentions, upgraded my order to a 2gb card. The problem is that my camera won't accept the larger card. 512mb is the largest it will take. But, thanks anyway and I hope I get the 512mb card in time for my photo shoot this weekend. (more)
