Buydig was great in all respects, I am not thrilled with the Canon A470 camera I bought. Beyond 10-15 feet the quality of pics is not very good-basically verifying a few of the negative reviews I had read. The camera is a good short range snapshot camera,which I will end up giving to my 7 yr. old daughter. (more)

I have had a great experience with my order from BUYDIG's side, I can't give a remark on the TV yet as installation was delayed because of the sattelite company, it had nothing to do with BUYDIG.

I did not like the fact that I had to wait for my order to be placed while they contacted me to try to sell me more items that i did not want. Otherwise, this was a good sale.

When I contacted buydig about returning my purchase I knew that I was going to be assesed a fee to return, which I didn't like. Before I had a chance to ask about waiving the fee - because I purchased a replacement item from buydig, the staff member on the phone waived the fee. It was nice that buydig recognized my loyalty to them by waiving the fee and also it was nice that the person on the phone had the power to make it happen w/out having to call a supervisor to authorize.
