had a small glitch with the delivery when the delivery company said they would provide only curbside delivery but they checked the billing a realized indeed Officefurniture had specified inside delivery. And, indeed they provided inside delivery.

I was told the product was unavailable from the manufacturer until the middle of October. The, two days after the message was received, the product was delivered on my doorstep. Miscommunication???

When I spoke to a customer service representative I was never told I would have to build it myself. I am a female and had an extremely diffucult time putting it to gether. Maybe in the future, this very crucially important peice of information can be clearly stated. (more)

I received my purchase almost 1 month after purchase. If I had not contacted the company I wonder if they would have even recognized that the package didn't get shipped correctly and was back sitting in their storehouse??????

We are extremely dissatisfied with the end product. The first shipment arrived with more broken parts than not, so we requested a second. The second arrived with numerous broken parts as well. Between the two shipments, we ALMOST have a complete entertainment center. The quality is poor, the packaging was not designed to protect the wood, and the instructions are extremely difficult to follow. (more)

The product was delivered on time. Assembly took a while, but was not very hard if directions were followed.

The item that I bought was an executive desk. It is a high quality desk. Only issue is the delivery took more than a week. Overall GOOD JOB !!!

finding the product and getting it shipped here was the easy part. putting everything to gether was a nghtmare. it took over a week of doing a couple of hours a night to get everything done. for that type of product we expected it to come in blocks not kit format that was exceptionally intricate to put together (more)
