The entire experience of setting up an account, ordering, fast shipment and excellent quality of the bird seed was great. The birds love all the items purchased and we love that we don't have to clean up the waste since we are using waste free seed mix. Thanks BirdNest. (more)

I have purchased from Best Nest several times and their products are always of good quality. Their prices are better than other online sources and they have sales. The one item I wanted was out of stock when I first looked, but was back in stock within days. I look at Best Nest first for any of my birding and garden supplies. (more)

Great butterfly house! Good price. We're excited and can't wait to put it up. ONLY (and not a biggie) complaint would be no directions on it. We did look them up on the net after it arrived and found it we needed to put sticks in it and a butterfly feeder was needed if not near their favorite flowers. It would have been helpful to have gotten something with it. (more)

I have not had a chance to unpack and check the item yet. I hope it will be possible to send a second survey after I have done so. The eight days for delivery was perfectly acceptable and satisfactory given it was international. Thank you.

This is a great website. I found things available here that I was unable to find in any store in our area. I will definitely shop here again and recommend the site to others! The prices were reasonable, too, and, with the size of my order, shipping was free. But even without free shipping, I was aware that BestNest.com's shipping rates were lower than others I found on the web or mail order catalogs. (more)
