Everything was good but the product information on the title and the details was different which should be taken as highest importance so as customer is not getting confused.. MAJOR ISSUE:- The authorization charges deducted were equivalent to the Product Price. I don't understand how come MacMall can put these many charges on hold while other major leading merchants (in that matter of fact take the example of Apple Inc.) just hold $1 as authorization charges. This is one thing that insane. And nowhere in the policies its mentioned that authorization charges will be that much. If MacMall clarifies all these things then only I would prefer MacMall and refer to someone else despite of getting product... (more)

I bought an external hard drive, which came with 3 different wires/cords in addition to the electrical cord. Two of the cords don't fit the product, nor do they fit my MacBook...I'm wondering what they were intended for. In the end, the only cord to work (fit) was the USB port--so the Fire Wire was one of the ones not fitting either the external hard drive (which I found especially bizarre) or the year-old MacBook (from July 2007). What is the deal with those other two wires? (more)

Actually I was VERY happy with my entire MacMall experience until moments ago when I received my package and found that the wrong item has been shipped. I haven't yet attempted to contact customer service, but am anticipating wasting time and having to wait for the product that I expected to have already. (more)

free shipping rebate is a difficult process. I thought I would get free shipping, but apparently it is extra work having to download a rebate receipt when I do not have a printer. Not happy at all.
