I recieved all the discounted products in fairly good shape, but I have yet to receive my last regular priced light fixture. The ones I got were not really what I thought but will do. I'm really hoping the last light will be what I expect.

All three items I received seemed as though they were seconds. They were not in great condition and had markings on them.

I was sent the wrong item. I called Bellacor and they were very responsive. Haven't received the correct item yet. Hopefully, it will be the right one and come very shortly.

No information was send when Bellacor shipped the item, so shipping progress could not be tracked. Plus, the boxes had been opened and re-sealed. Not good.

Unfortuantely I received the kitchen pendant lamp and the glass was shattered. I had to go to UPS to return it. Second lamp also had shattered glass. My wife wants me to return both matching pendants (which arrived intact) and not reorder from online. (more)

Apparently my item was returned damaged by UPS but was not advised by Bellacor. When I contacted Bellacor to advise them of this issue at first they said my order was delivered. I had to tell them differently. They checked the tracking log and saw it was returned. They promptly sent out a new one and I received that one in a timely manner. (more)
