I commend Lenox for processing my order in an expeditious manner. This china was a wedding anniversary gift for my wife. I ordered it the beginning of September for October. I later received notice that this item was on back order until December. I phoned the company to notify them that I still wanted the China and asked if it were possible to have it on 1 October. The representative said she would try and see what she could do. TRY she did, the china arrived on our anniversary, 1 October, and my wife was VERY PLEASED. Thank you! (more)

I ordered a 50th Wedding Anniversary picture frame and asked to have it delivered directly to the anniversary couple's home. It arrived broken. Even though I expect Lenox will correct the problem, it takes something away from the gift when it arrives broken and then the gift recepient incurs the responsibility for fixing the problem. (more)

I have purchased numerous items from Lenox. I am well pleased with the quality of the products and the service has been excellent.

I ordered an item that I wanted at $29.95 and two days later I receive an e-mail from Lenox and the same item was $9.95. that's quite a diffrence in price. My answer was they change their prices daily so I don't intend to order from them if thats the case. (more)

The Fedex/USPS shipping service was used. Fedex got my package to the narest facitily in a timely manner but the package sat for 6 days before the USPS was notified. It was 8 days from the time of order to delivery.

I have always been very pleased with the products I have ordered and the service provided.

Gift was well accepted by those we gave it to. Thank you for the service.
