It is now 20 July & I was guaranteed a delivery of 2-3wks from 21 June. I still DO NOT have a delivery date. Their has been no positive corrective action to receive my order in a timely manner. Your customer service & advise of order status is totally insufficient. I am very disappointed in dealing with US Appliances & will never deal or recommend again. If your company has any values you will contact me immediately to expedite my order uF5144. Peter (more)

Great website. Great price. Delivery of product in perfect condition. The only problem we had was Yellow Shipping called and sent a postcard to say that the range would be here on Tuesday 7/22 which worked out great for us since we were going out of town. They later called on Tues to say that it wasn't in town and wouldn't ship until Friday 7/25 so we had to make some arrangements to facilitate that. Overall, very please. (more)

Spot on side end cap had been filled in with a black marker. Other then that, delivery was quick.

The free shipping was what caught my eye in addition to the lower price. The fact that the order arrived on time and in good shape was a bonus.

US-Appliance is good. It looks the R & L Carriers mis-handle the items to delivery. In general, the purchase went through smoothly.

Evidently the item I ordered was not carried in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer first. I would never had ordered from US Appliance if I had known the lead time was 2 weeks plus.
