I purchased a 36" electric cooking stove - the directions were hard to read and the first time I turned it on and was cooking a meal the light blulb blew up in the oven. NOT GOOD

It is not the one I ordered. This is my second attempt to order an under counter frig. I ordered a unit from you with dual controled drawers and this one has only a single unit control. No I am not going to send it back we have been remodeling. Need now. (more)

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE TIME DELIVERY DATE. ALSO, I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE LARGE SELECTION OF WASHING MACHINES AVAILABLE. I DIDN'T LIKE THAT I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE MACHINE HOOKED UP AND PAY FOR REMOVAL OF OLD MACHINE.

Purchased order 24 Aug, Sunday, order took way too long to process. Had to call to get order processed. Tried to cancel because order was taking too long, was told I would be charged $50.00 for cancelling, it didn't matter about process time.
