You have only one choice of vacumn bags for the electrolux, oxygen, vac cleaner. I was disappointed with the lack of choice. However the bags I got are very good.

Although I paid extra for Express shipping, Polsteins sent it by Ground. Therefore, it arrived too late. I called Customer Service to see about a refund of the extra shipping charge and was told "someone" would need to return my call, which they didn't. (more)

I ordered this product on 9/13/08 and received it on 9/22/08. You will know if it was on time or not. Whether it was or not, I needed what I ordered and was in no hurry.

It is nice that you care if my order was received as expected, but these surveys are a pain. Perhaps you should think about asking for verification and then offering the comment box. That is more than enough.
