JCP's website is ok for ordering but I prefer to shop the store in the mall which seems to offer more items and more sales. There is not many clearance or sale items on the website and the items do not look very appeasing to the eye.

The J.C. Penny website is one of the easiest places I have shopped. It was easy to find what I was looking for and exactly what it looked like. No guess work. The charges are always up front so there is no guess work as to how your credit card will be billed. You know exactly when your murchandise will arrive and how. I would recommend this site to anyone looking to make an online purchase. (more)

JcPennys has been my one of my favorite store to shoppe at. I have always been able to find nice gift ware , clothing, and furniture for my family. I love the JcPennys Outlet store at Franklin Mills. I could shoppe there alday!

I tried to find kitchen curtains yesterday, but their line wasn't what I was looking for and the prices were a little high.

I ordered a special type of pillow filled with water. I love it! I received my order on time and the price of the pillow was reasonable.

The item I purchased was processed in a timely fashion and was delivered exactly when it was supposed to be. I will purchase many more items on line from Penneys. I like their on line response and their rapid delivery of the items. I also like the descriptions of the items. I would always recommend them. (more)

! do like jc penney- at store or online- but, like going on line it's easy. If they don't have what you want they will get back to you quick and order it for you. They will also e-mail you when it comes in. Not much else to say I just love doing business with them. (more)

I have shopped on the JC Penny website before and am extremely satisfied with it, I have purchased @ 8 sheet sets, two comforter sets, towels and washclothes, etc,. The sheet set purchased this last time was of a blend that I have gotten in the past and I usually wait until they go on sale. It was a color that I did not have and wanted it to go with the comforter set recently purchased from them. The quality is fantastic, it fits my thick mattress very well, and I now have this sheet set in all of the colors that match all of my comforters. (more)
