I prefer shopping at the store rather than the website. Prices seem higher and selection is not as good.

I have never had any problems with JCP.com and this time was no different. The pants that I ordered came in the wierd size that I needed just like the site said it would. My hat is off to JCPenney. It is also one of my favorite to shop in or online from. (more)

I shop here quite often and find the website easy to use. The last items I shopped for were availabe and were sent to the local store. I would like to have the option to pay for the items at the local store when picked up. The charges for shipping were a little high. (more)

I really can't remember our purchasing experience because my wife probably performed the action. We use this vendor pretty frequently and have always had good experiences, which is why we come back to it.
