I love shopping at Macy's. I love everything from clothing to housewares. EVERYTHING. i WILL BE SHOPPING AT mACY'S AGAIN VERY SOON.LIKE MAYBE TOMORROW.

The best place to shop. the deals are unreal as well as quality

Macy's website is clear and concise and help is readily available by phone for any questions.

Discounted price for one of the items I bought was not reflected in the invoice/receipt, and so a higher sales tax and final total was incorrectly listed on my invoice/receipt. I had to call Macys.com customer service to point out the error. When my items arrived at my house on time, I found that one out of two of the items I had paid for was not in the box. So I had to call Macys.com customer service again to notify them of the error. Macys.com Customer Service on the phone was polite, helpful, apologetic; I came away impressed by how they handled my order issues. (more)

It was and easy purchase based on an online advertisement. The merchandise was what I expected.

Macy is just to stop in and see what is there. The only department store near me,so I give them a look at,they are extermely over priced

I shopped here because it was a gift from a bridal registry. Had no problems, and it was delivered immediately. My only problem would have been because I wanted a "delayed" delivery since I was purchasing so early. They said this was not possible.

I have never shopped on line for Macy's. I have been in their stores.

macys is very expensive, even their sales arent that great. you have to really watch for clearance stuff. the only item I buy is perfumr and mens cologne
