First time ordering from Crutchfield and was a great experience. Bought a new HD radio for my car and decided to save money by installing it myself. Ordered the wrong wiring harness for car so my new radio wouldn't work. Called Crutchfield for help and not only did they identify the problem, but shipped out the correct harness that day. Two days later i'm listening to my new radio and couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Crutchfield. (more)

I am consistently pleased with orders placed via the Crutchfield website. There is always more than enough information and consumer reviews are posted to help with the decision making process. I always compare prices to competitors who sell through eBay or their own websites, but purchase through Crutchfield each time; the customer service, customer satisfaction guarantees, and price always make me feel confident about the purchase. Only issue I had with the products purchased was the lack of included wires with the JBL 6x9 speakers. Install was smooth once I was able to purchase necesary wiring for the speakers (not auto specific).

Item was actually shipped Sunday and arrived Tuesday!!! Everyone was professional and knowledgeable and pleasant. One item was back ordered, don't know when it should arrive. All companies should take a lesson from all aspects of the way Crutchfield works with customers. I have already told several people about them. (more)
