I do not know whether or not the return process is acceptable since I just returned the merchandise a few days ago. The bras were not as I had expected. I do not like doing surveys.

Um, I thought it was kinda odd you send 6 undergarments in 3 different bags. Didnt really have any affect on me, but seems inefficient. I imagine you have your reasons though.

I have not received the order. I have not received any cancellation or comment from onehanesplace. This is the second time this has happened. The first time I contacted them and was informed that they had cancelled my order because I had requested that they ship to an address other thand my billing address....however, they did not notify me of this cancellation. This is likely the issue with this order as I had forgotten their policy. This site does not promp you when ordering of this policy. Therefore you place the order and wait, and wait, and wait. It is very frustrating and inconsiderate. I will not continue to shop at onehanesplace. This is very poor customer service. The least they could... (more)

I'm very pleased with my order. This style can no longer be purchased in stores.

Wondering the status of the support knee highs that are on back order.

Love having the convenience of ordering my stockings by mail. Only gripe I have is that Sheer Energy isn't long enough, and Sheer Vitality doesn't come in a reinforced toe. Would be great if Sheer Energy came in Q+

Did not receive a tracking number on the items that were shipped. Have not received any status information on the items that are backordered
