Had to change address from a PO box and the lady could do it fro me on the phone. Didn't have to transfer me to someone else- GOOD!

2 weeks was awefully long to wait. Receiving survey trice before recieving shipment was a little annoying. If I didn't receive the survey I probably wouldn't mind the wait as much.

They are one of the Greatest companies to do business with. They not only have the best pricing you will find ANYWHERE!! they also have one of the most OUTSTANDING customer support team you will ever get the opportunity to communicate with. Very knowledgable and EXTREMELY quick in response (FASTEST I HAVE EVER SEEN and I have been ordering office supplies for over 30+ years) THEY ARE PHENOMINAL!!! (more)
