When looking at the products you have in your online store you lack discription and use information. So I had to go to another online store to get information. However your prices were what kept me on your site.

Status was never updated on my online order information (did not show as ever being processed or shipped), then order just showed up at my door; it was received within the time frame I had expected it(2-3 days processing & 2 day priority mail).
